6:00 yoga class this morning after 4 hours sleep went MUCH better than expected (we’ll see how I feel later). It was the first Bikram yoga class I had been to in almost 2 weeks, and it felt so, so, so good to be back at it. I am going to be sore tomorrow. Well, I already am sore…everywhere. I went climbing Wednesday night, so I am really sore from that, especially my forearms, and my quads are REALLY sore from all the running and no stretching (I haven’t been to yoga, which is my stretching). I had a 7 mile run last night, a 4 mile run the night before, six 1/2 mile sprints the night before, my 11 mile run Sunday (with a day of roller skating after), and a 5 mile run on Saturday…with NO stretching in between. BAD JULIE!
Man, I am going to sleep well tonight. At least I hope so.
