Yesterday I had 3x 1 mile again. I was pretty sore from my 9 mile run and my intense yoga class, and was exhausted from not sleeping very well. I was dreading having to run fast, BUT I surprised myself! I actually ran faster than I did last week.
Mile 1: 6:46
Mile 2: 6:05 (!!!!!!)
Mile 3: 6:25
I honestly thought I might break 6 minutes on the second mile, but a slight collision with a woman taking a stroll (who couldn’t figure out what side of the sidewalk she wanted to be on) slowed me down a bit.
